I love my unit! It’s spacious and really starting to become a home. I don’t love that i can feel the washing machine and dryer shaking from underneath me or dogs barking through the vents. Quite annoying actually. I love how close it is to all the shops and I’m really enjoying getting to explore the Canton neighborhood. i wish the parking garage gates worked more consistently because I work so early in the morning and having to turn around because one is not working to go to another gate is very inconvenient. Other than that great place to live thus far!

I've lived in a lot of places, and this one is the BEST. The unit is great -- lots of space, storage, and new appliances. I've lived at The Lucie for 2 years, and the only times I've EVER heard my neighbors is if they're using a hammer to hang something. The amenities are great (game room, pool, and other common areas). The secure package room is cool, but organization can range from disastrous to perfect. (Prime Day and holidays are rough lol) I've seen complaints about the garage, but people be dramatic. On rare occasions a door may not work, but management is super communicative so we always know what's up. There's also plenty of on-site EV chargers that are affordable and reliable. Location? Amazing. Mobtown brewery, Canton Waterfront, local bars and restaurants, as well as a ton of stores are within walking distance. My only issue is the train that crosses Boston/O'Donnell, but just learn your detours! Anyway, we just renewed for a third year and have no plans of leaving!

If I had the chance to do it all over again, I would in a heartbeat. The staff is so helpful and kind, my unit is exactly what I need it to be, and the amenities make life so convenient. Genuinely the best apartment I’ve ever rented!
