If it is within your means to rent anywhere else, do it. I give it one star because the roof never leaked (although I was on the lower floor - talk to folks on the upper floor and they may say otherwise.)
Every issue mentioned here was brought to management attention, and either never got a response, or the response took months to even be looked into. Their idea of fixing something is to throw on a few coats of paint and call it good. Some doors wont even close because of how many layers of... paint there are.
Upon move in, the bathroom and other parts of the unit were covered in human "fluids" and hair from previous tenants. Had to clean it ourselves because "the cleaning crew already fixed it" and "nothing was wrong in their inspection before move in." Every unit has roaches, crickets, and many have larger pests (mice and even birds in the vents.) Pipes will leak, or alternatively not drain at all. Heating didn't work for several months. The windows leak, so expect standing water anytime it rains - or even when it doesn't! Mold is a big issue, including in the walls and floors (but don't worry - a few months after you report it, they will paint over it for you!)
To correct a few things from their information posted on this wesite - there are no elevators, even the ground floor has stairs involved, so it is not at all an accessible building. No doorman either. Parking is rarely available - expect to wait for over a year to get a spot. Walk-in closets is a joke, but I guess you can probably stand in one if you wanted to.
I wouldn't trust other buildings managed by the same company either.
