From the beginning, the building has had a lot to offer—spacious units, great natural light, and a convenient location that makes getting around the city easy. What’s been especially encouraging lately is the positive shift since the new property manager came on board. My experience living at Broadview Apartments has been extremely disappointing. For the past 4–5 months, I have been dealing with a persistent and severe pest infestation, including both mice and cockroaches. These pests have appeared in the kitchen, hall, bedroom, and bathroom, making daily living very uncomfortable.

Although I reported the issue multiple times and management sent pest control on several occasions, the treatments have been completely ineffective. The problem continues to return... , and nothing has been done to identify or fix the root cause. It has been frustrating to maintain cleanliness and still see no improvement. The constant presence of pests has created a stressful and unhealthy living environment.

When residents pay high rent, they expect a clean, safe, and well-maintained place to live. Unfortunately, Broadview has not met those expectations in my case. I sincerely hope management takes this matter seriously and provides a stronger, long-term solution for the benefit of current and future tenants.

Broadview has been more than an apartment building where I live. The property for the two-bedroom I'm in is big and spacious. In the time I've been there, I've also cultivated a warming relationship with the people at the front desk. Gary and Kayla are always there in the morning to say hello and wish me a good day. Then when I return, Darryl always says, "Welcome Home!", while Danielle asks how am I and how my day went. Living in Broadview has allowed me to build a community of people who have become part of my family. As a student coming home after a long day, hearing Darryl say, "Welcome home!" truly makes me feel at home. Danielle always asks how I'm doing and updates on any events the building is having, giving me time to relax and take a break from the daily stresses of life.
