My experience with this property has been terrible only at the end. The new management is unresponsive, rude, and the building has seen no improvements despite constant rent and utility increases. Moving out was a nightmare, with false charges and poor communication. I have serious concerns about the safety of the building, especially for students and young adults, and will be considering pursuing legal action regarding false charges. Live here at your own risk.

This place yes is beautiful, but they will robe your college student blind. If you have 3 roommate in different section of the apartment, they charge everyone. Yes me as a parent has complained to Marcus and other management departments head they don't care. My son got charge 260.00 for a roommate in the entire other side of the wing my son wasnt even home and we still was charged. If your 10 days late they stick a eviction notice on the door yes not under the door for privacy not in a envelope.... Posted on the door. The staff is very friendly and supportive! It’s definitely the best place to live in!

Prosper creates an environment to build lifelong friendships. For example, I’ve met some of my closest friends in the lounge studying, and at their social events like ‘Friendsgiving’. The staff goes above a beyond to make creative events, and ensure that we’re enjoying our stay. The floor to ceiling windows really standout and make such a perfect view from your room. I’ve been at prosper almost a year now, and have no complaints!

I chose to live at prosper because it was so close to my school and convienent to walk to. I knew after touring the apartment I was going to love it because everything is so modern and clean looking. I love living here because all the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend living in this apartment!!
