There are two furnished, private suites available by Aug 1, 2026:

Sky Suite ($1,200 per month, including utilities)
This suite is located on the second floor and consists of a furnished private bedroom and bathroom. In the video tour, it is referred to as ‘Private Bedroom B’. The bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, desk and chair, dresser, and mini fridge, and wall mounted smart tv. There is a full size closet in the room. The designated private bathroom is in the hallway, just outside of the room and has a tub shower, toilet, and vanity sink. This room is 10 by 12 ft, gets great natural light, and provides ample space and quiet ambiance, facing the rear of the house.

Mandala Suite ($1,300 per month, including utilities)
Located on the second floor, this bright, front-facing master bedroom is 13 by 12ft, spacious and gets plenty of light. Furnished with a full size bed, nightstand, dresser, smart tv and lounge chair. There is also a full size closet and private bathroom within the room which has a standing glass shower, toilet and vanity sink. In the video tour, this suite is referred to as ‘Master Bedroom A’.

The first floor is a shared space consisting of a furnished living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen has new, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all cookware needed during your stay. Laundry access is on the second floor, full size washer and dryer machine.

This is a rooming style house in which each resident has their own bedroom and bathroom. The first floor, laundry room, and outdoor patios are shared. Maximum occupancy of the household is three individuals. Pets (cat/dog) are considered.

Very safe neighborhood with a high walking score. Close to multiple universities and campuses, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, parks, entertainment, and essential services. Free, on-street parking is available. City buses and campus shuttles are nearby.

Semester Rent Special: Pay the semester upfront and your monthly rent is reduced $100 off per month. You may also pay quarterly by the semester instead of monthly, if desired.

For move in, lease signing and a refundable security deposit are required.
