Shared living can create opportunities to meet interesting people from diverse backgrounds and experiences that you may never have encountered. While... all students are welcome, we preference leases to graduate level students and faculty.

These newly renovated suites offer a retreat like environment for our guests with peaceful space to relax, refresh and rejuvenate. We have designed this home with many conveniences for our guests in their personal space so they may choose to enjoy alone time. We also sought to offer clean, modern, shared living with a furnished gathering room, fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely deck. We invite you to join your fellow travelers in a shared meal, glass of wine or a Ravens game!

There are three fully furnished private bedrooms of varying size, with private bath, breakfast bar, refrigerator and microwave, that are available. All rooms offer an abundance of windows and natural light that can be filtered with custom blinds. On-Site laundry facilities, utilities and commercial grade high speed internet are included. Log into your favorite streaming channel on the SMART TV provided.

With all of the amenities in your space, you can enjoy alone time or decide to share the full kitchen, gathering room downstairs, and deck with our other traveling nurses. Our guests are welcome to use all common space on the first floor including our dining room, well equipped kitchen, and living room. Professional weekly cleaning of the common spaces is included.

Arrangements can be made with the housekeeper to clean personal spaces if desired. There are smart locks and security cameras throughout. Outside space includes a gas grill and patio tables and chairs for your enjoyment. This is a smoke-free home, however smoking is permitted on the rear deck away from the back door.

This property is located 1.5 miles from JHU Homewood, 1 mile from University of Baltimore and .5 mile from MICA. It is located between the Penn Station and Stieff Building stops of the JHU Keswick-Penn Commuter Shuttle. Students also walk or bike using a well marked bike paths through the neighborhood. Electric Bikes are available and can be included in the lease if desired.
