Beautiful, fully furnished room and private bathroom available in a peaceful Bolton Hill townhouse—the home of a literature professor and an artist, 1 block from MICA’s main campus and 10 min drive to Johns Hopkins Homewood campus (there is a Hopkins... shuttle stop a few minutes from house). All utilities and wifi included in rent. Visitor parking permit available for easy on-street parking.

The bright, sunny, quiet room is on the third floor with a lovely view. Two large closets and a dresser are across the hall. The bathroom, which is right next to the room, will only occasionally be shared with houseguests, who will stay in the room down the hall. We will ensure our guests respect the boarder's needs, quiet, and privacy.

The boarder will have use of the kitchen, laundry, large living area, and outdoor patio space—all on the first floor. We will occasionally need the first floor for entertaining, but our household is generally very quiet.

Two sweet, elderly cats live on the first and second floors only (they are not allowed on the third floor).
