We have designed this home with many conveniences for our guests in their personal space so they may choose to enjoy alone time. We also sought to offer clean, modern, shared living with a furnished gathering room, fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely deck. We invite you to join your fellow travelers in a shared meal, glass of wine or a Ravens game!
Unit 1 is a fully furnished including a queen bed, smart TVs, dresser, table/desk, chair, mini fridge, microwave, high speed internet, and fresh clean bedding and towels for your convenience. This one bedroom unit with private entrance includes a private bath, full size washer dryer, and kitchenette with cooktop in the unit. Off street parking is available for an additional monthly fee. Our guests are welcome to use all common space on the first floor including our dining room, well equipped kitchen, and living room. Professional weekly cleaning of the common spaces is included. Arrangements can be made with the housekeeper to clean personal spaces if desired. There are smart locks and security cameras throughout.
Outside space includes a gas grill and patio tables and chairs for your enjoyment. This is a smoke-free home, however smoking is permitted on the rear deck away from the back door.
This property is located within 5 miles of 20 local Baltimore hospitals and medical centers. Walk, run, or bike to beautiful Druid Hill Park, the Maryland Zoo, or visit the Conservatory and botanical gardens, all just blocks away.
