For 1901 South Charles
If you're looking for a comfortable place to live in Baltimore this is a great choice. A parking garage, gated courtyard, grills and access to Riverside park make this a super convenient place to live. It is also blocks away from a Charm City Circulator stop. In my experience, maintenance requests have always been handled within in 24 hours. It is priced competitively for luxury apartments in the area. Management hosts happy hours and really tries to make this feel like a community. If you are relocating to Baltimore, this is an awesome place to start. At some point in the evening (not sure the exact hour) the gates to the courtyard lock for the night (even if you have a key fob) which makes sure the outdoor space is safe if you're hanging out or taking out your dog. You can still get in using the garage door and front door if you have a key fob. I really have never felt safer living in Baltimore than I have felt in this building. Also, it is pet friendly and there are many pet owners in the building. It is really nice to have a pup here.

The convenience of this complex, including the location, availability of public transportation and free parking, is wonderful. The management and entire staff are always approachable and available and the sense of community they help to create is unparalleled. The fact that this is a LEED certified building made it especially attractive to me.

Great community of residents located close to Federal Hill restaurants and bars. Highly recommend 1901 South Charles Apts. to anyone looking for a higher class of living in Federal Hill.

It is a well kept up building with great people and adequate amenities for the price that is paid.

Horrible experience with the lease. Read it carefully. They can change their terms anytime and charge you hidden fees. When I contact management about these concerns they stalled for a week while promising to reply with answers. They ended up making excuses on why they can reply and refused to answer any of my questions. They told me to get a lawyer to "interpret" the lease. Yeah... this place is shady.
